This is an unusual card. I'm not exactly sure of the location but it does look like it was taken at the Red Noses. See the reverse side for information about the event.


This is a picture of a portion of the crowd at Pembroke's Service by the Sea. Held at New Brighton 1st Sunday in August. Mr Aked is in the centre standing upon the platform. The total attendance was said to be from 5,000 to 10,000 and all could hear perfectly. Had a good [???] ramble yesterday to Heswall Hills. All the L'pool brothers were present.
